The End of Our Ramadhan Journey
By: Leni Marlina
(PPIPM-Indonesia, Poetry-Pen IC, Indonesian Writer of Satu Pena Sumbar, Indonesian Creator of AI Era, FSM, Literacy Flames Community-West Sumatra, ACC SHILA)
O Allah, we come like weary birds from a long pilgrimage, flapping in Your endless sky, seeking a branch to rest upon.
We are the wind that roams the night, leaving silent traces on time’s face, whispering prayers to the sleepless heavens.
This journey of Ramadhan feels like footprints in sand, soon kissed away by the waves of Eid, bearing a message: Have we truly arrived, or merely wandered through illusions of motion?
If our hearts still dwell in blindness, O Lord, make the nights we’ve endured the lamps that never die. Let us not return as scattered grains of dust, swept aimless by the wind.
O Divine, accept the end of our Ramadhan journey not as an ending, but the dawn of something more radiant.

We Come To You
By: Leni Marlina
(PPIPM-Indonesia, Poetry-Pen IC, Indonesian Writer of Satu Pena-West Sumatra, Indonesian Creator of AI Era, FSM, Literacy Flames Community-West Sumatra, ACC SHILA)
We come to You, O Allah, like leaves descending from branches, surrendering to the decree of the wind.
We’ve tasted hunger that purifies, and thirst that sanctifies. But have we truly awakened?
Eid knocks upon the gates of time, but time is a mirror that gazes back. Have we changed, or walked the same circle again?
If our steps still falter, guide us, O Allah. If our hearts remain dust-laden, wash them, O Lord. Make today a new dawn, not just for our bodies, but for souls still seeking the road back to You.

Fasting That Unlocks Doors
By: Leni Marlina
(PPIPM-Indonesia, Poetry-Pen IC, Indonesian Writer of Satu Pena-West Sumatra, Indonesian Creator of AI Era, FSM, Literacy Flames Community-West Sumatra, ACC SHILA)
Fasting is a house we build with no walls— only wind enters and leaves, only light converses in silent corners.
Hunger knocks at the chest’s doors, not to destroy, but to open space for God.
Then Eid arrives, and we wonder: Will this house still stand, or crumble again beneath self-made bricks?

When Ramadhan Leaves Us
By: Leni Marlina
(PPIPM-Indonesia, Poetry-Pen IC, Indonesian Writer of Satu Pena-West Sumatra, Indonesian Creator of AI Era, FSM, Literacy Flames Community-West Sumatra, ACC SHILA)
We came to Ramadhan like lost children, seeking a mother in the silence of night. We heard her name whispered by the wind, felt her embrace in the crystal pre-dawn meal.
But time is a caravan that never halts. Ramadhan leaves before we’re ready, and we, too, abandon it without solemn vows.
Then Eid knocks on the door, asking: Are we ready? Or were we merely passing by?

The Sun Throughout Ramadhan
By: Leni Marlina
(PPIPM-Indonesia, Poetry-Pen IC, Indonesian Writer of Satu Pena-West Sumatra, Indonesian Creator of AI Era, FSM, Literacy Flames Community-West Sumatra, ACC SHILA)
Throughout Ramadhan, we held the sun in our prayers, embraced the moon in our prostration.
Fasting burned the world’s crust off our bodies, turned ash into wings, time into poetry.
Then Eid arrived, and we asked: Is the sun still held in our palms, or passed into someone else’s hands?

Hunger That Became A Prayer
By: Leni Marlina
(PPIPM-Indonesia, Poetry-Pen IC, Indonesian Writer of Satu Pena-West Sumatra, Indonesian Creator of AI Era, FSM, Literacy Flames Community-West Sumatra, ACC SHILA)
Hunger is not merely an empty stomach, but a riverbed cracked in the chest, where light finds passage.
Fasting speaks in a language older than speech, deeper than history.
When Eid comes, we are soil, damp again— but does the river still flow, or has it returned to desert?

Hearing God
By: Leni Marlina
(PPIPM-Indonesia, Poetry-Pen IC, Indonesian Writer of Satu Pena-West Sumatra, Indonesian Creator of AI Era, FSM, Literacy Flames Community-West Sumatra, ACC SHILA)
In Ramadhan, we hear God not in sound, but in the silence threading seconds.
Time slows, like a bird delaying its wingbeats, suspended in air.
Then Eid comes, and we run once more. But where is God’s voice? Was it only in stillness, or can it walk beside us?

To Be Stone or Water
By: Leni Marlina
(PPIPM-Indonesia, Poetry-Pen IC, Indonesian Writer of Satu Pena-West Sumatra, Indonesian Creator of AI Era, FSM, Literacy Flames Community-West Sumatra, ACC SHILA)
Throughout Ramadhan, we are stones at the river’s unseen bed, shaped by currents of patience and quiet.
We learn to release form, to become water, flowing through crevices of prayer.
Then Eid arrives, and we ask: Do we remain as water, or harden once more into stone?

Light Within Our Bodies
By: Leni Marlina
(PPIPM-Indonesia, Poetry-Pen IC, Indonesian Writer of Satu Pena-West Sumatra, Indonesian Creator of AI Era, FSM, Literacy Flames Community-West Sumatra, ACC SHILA)
In Ramadhan, light comes not from the sun alone, but rises from within our own flesh. It travels down bones like crystal streams, beats in our pulse like prayer.
We hunger not because the world has lessened us, but because light is blooming.
When Eid comes, is that light still there, or did we let it fade?

Ramadhan Opens A Door Within
By: Leni Marlina
(PPIPM-Indonesia, Poetry-Pen IC, Indonesian Writer of Satu Pena-West Sumatra, Indonesian Creator of AI Era, FSM, Literacy Flames Community-West Sumatra, ACC SHILA)
Ramadhan opens a door within us, a door long locked by worldly dazzle. Unlocked by hunger, turned by hands of patience.
Then Eid arrives, and we find the door unsealed. But will we walk through it, or choose to shut it once again?

Digging Light Within
By: Leni Marlina
(PPIPM-Indonesia, Poetry-Pen IC, Indonesian Writer of Satu Pena-West Sumatra, Indonesian Creator of AI Era, FSM, Literacy Flames Community-West Sumatra, ACC SHILA)
Ramadhan is a time of excavation. We plunge hands into our chests, searching for light buried by the world.
We dig with prayer, dig with hunger, until fingers touch the hidden gem.
Then Eid arrives, and we wonder: Will we guard this gem, or let dust hide it again?

The Trail We Keep Following
By: Leni Marlina
(PPIPM-Indonesia, Poetry-Pen IC, Indonesian Writer of Satu Pena-West Sumatra, Indonesian Creator of AI Era, FSM, Literacy Flames Community-West Sumatra, ACC SHILA)
Ramadhan is not an end, but a trail we keep following— a road that disappears into the horizon, yet never truly ends.
We walk with hunger beneath our feet, step forward with light in our hands.
When Eid comes, do we halt? Or do we continue the journey?
